Keith Mayer is our new IT Pro Evangelist at Microsoft, supporting Heartland.  Keith has over 17 years of experience as a technical leader of complex IT projects, ranging in roles from Network Engineer, IT Manager, Senior Technical Instructor and Enterprise Consultant. Keith is currently certified on several Microsoft technologies, including System Center, Hyper-V, Windows Server 2008, SharePoint and Exchange, as well as holding certifications from IBM, Cisco, HP and CheckPoint.

Tony Maddin is a Senior Practice Consultant with Ascendum Solutions in Blue Ash, Ohio.  Tony has 15 years of experience as a web developer, web administrator, web applications administrator, and 6 years as a SharePoint administrator.
He serves on many local boards such as the University of Dayton MIS Advisory board, Dayton Technology First, and the Dayton Business Leaders and Mangers group.
Tony's passion is technology and his view on  SharePoint administration encompasses: installation, automation, workflows, power user items, disaster recovery, performance tuning.  He especially enjoys achieving quality results working with myriad business entities to leverage SharePoint as a platform to meet not only their needs, but also those for their customers.
Tony is also the founder and owner of the Dayton SharePoint User Group (DAYSPUG).
Deral Heiland CISSP, serves as a Senior Security Engineer for CDW where he is responsible for security assessments, and consulting for corporations and government agencies. In addition, Deral  co-founded the Ohio Information Security Forum (OISF) a 501(c)(3) not for profit organization that focuses on information security training and education.
Deral served as OISF's president for 5 years. Deral is also a member of the foofus.net security team. The foofus.net security team is group of security professionals and researchers that have produced the security assessment and pen-testing tools Medusa, FgDump and Praeda. Deral has presented at numerous conferences including ShmooCon, Defcon, CarlinaCon, SecurityByte India, University of Wisconsin lockdown conference and has also been a guest lecturer at various Universities.
Deral has over 18 years of experience in the Information Technology field, and has held multiple positions including: Senior Network Analyst, Network Administrator, Database Manager, Financial Systems Manager and Senior Information Security Analyst where he was responsible for delivering security guidance and leadership in the area of risk and vulnerability management for a global Fortune 500 manufacturer.
